1. General provisions and eligibility

2. Account registration and identity verification

3. Age restrictions

4. Deposit and withdrawal policy

The minimum deposit amount on bigwin buzz is ৳500. Available deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).

The mobile banking number or bank account used for a deposit must be registered in the member's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Withdrawals are processed using the same method used for the deposit. Every withdrawal request is processed after verification.

4.3 Source of funds

Members must ensure that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. bigwin buzz reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in cases of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

5. Bonuses and promotional offers

5.1 Welcome bonus

bigwin buzz offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — in this example ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Other promotional offers

bigwin buzz runs various weekly and special event-based promotions, such as the weekly bigwin buzz Festival (up to ৳5,000), bigwin buzz Friday Dhamaka (up to ৳8,000), and the Cricket King bonus (up to ৳6,000). Each offer has its own wagering conditions.

5.3 General bonus terms

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — wagering contributions may vary by game.
• bigwin buzz reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If abuse of bonus benefits or any form of manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6. Game rules and fair use

6.1 Permitted conduct

bigwin buzz expects members to use the service honestly and for entertainment. Personal use of the account must be ensured.

6.2 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another member's account or payment method.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Any form of fraudulent activity.

6.3 VIP program

The bigwin buzz VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — ranging from 0.2% at Bronze to 0.8% at Diamond. VIP status is determined by a member's activity on the platform.

7. Account suspension and closure policy

7.1 Platform rights

bigwin buzz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraud or suspicious financial activity.
• Abuse or bonus manipulation.
• Breach of age requirements.

7.2 Member rights

A member may request voluntary closure of their account at any time. However, all pending withdrawals and wagering requirements must be settled before the account is closed.

8. Limitation of liability

bigwin buzz is not responsible for any financial losses arising from game outcomes. The platform provides gaming services and does not guarantee wins or losses.

Members receive a limited right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This right is non-transferable and will be immediately revoked upon breach of these Terms.
